Wany Robotics Partnership Program
We are happy to announce that at the occasion of the IROS2008 Conference, Wany Robotics will launch a partnership program with a laboratory conducting research in mobile robotics.
This partnership will consist in providing one free PekeeII platform to a laboratory in order to help to carry out research projects or trainings. The robot will be a fully featured mobile robot, including IR, US and laser range sensors and a Core 2 Duo based embedded PC.
You can submit an application for your laboratory if you are:
- An gratuating student
- A PhD student
- A post doct
- A team member
- A research lab director
All interested persons can apply to this program by sending us an email at 
with a one page abstract (two if you use illustrations) presenting the project you're carrying or planning to carry.
Applications can also be made directly during IROS at our booth (number 6).
Deadline for submitting abstracts is October 30th, 2008
The awarded laboratory will be announced early november and the won PekeeII will be delivered in december or january.
