A robot using autonomous navigation algorithm requires a lot of data to know as much as possible information about its environment. Inclination information is a part of this fundamental data.

PekeeII can be equipped with state-of-the-art dual axis inclinometers sensors in order to know at any moment which condition the robot is facing.

Based on two high accuracy accelometers on the x and y axis of the robot, this module can resolve acceleration and inclination of the robot at a frequency up to 17Hz with an extreme precision

The measurements made by these sensors can be used to perform other sensors measurements correction (distance telemeters, vision system,…)
